Dr. Scott D. Miller serves as Director of Technology for the Wayne Highlands School District, providing leadership and strategic direction for the technology systems, digital resources, communications infrastructure, and cybersecurity services that support students, faculty, staff, and District operations.
With more than 25 years of experience in technology and educational leadership, Dr. Miller has dedicated his career to connecting technology with education and ensuring that students and educators have access to reliable, secure, and innovative resources.

As Director of Technology, Dr. Miller oversees the planning, implementation, operation, and continued development of the District's technology environment. Timothy Morgan serves as Superintendent of Schools for the Wayne Highlands School District, providing leadership to a school community dedicated to educational excellence, student achievement, innovation, and opportunity. As Superintendent, Mr. Morgan works closely with the Board of Education, administrators, faculty, staff, students, families, and community members to guide the District and ensure that students receive a high-quality educational experience.
